Tell us what's actually happening. Not the official version. The real one. That's where every conversation starts.
How this works
You'll hear back from Sebastian or Akseniya directly. Not a coordinator, not a scheduler. One of the two founders reads what you send and responds personally.
The first conversation is not a pitch. It's a scoping call: you describe what's happening in the organization, we describe what might be possible. Thirty to forty-five minutes. No preparation needed.
Not every inquiry becomes an engagement. That's deliberate. If the fit isn't right, we'll say so plainly. The first conversation usually makes that clear to both sides.
Questions
We're not sure we're ready for a full workshop. Can we still reach out?
Yes. The first conversation is how we figure that out together. "Not ready" and "not the right moment" are both valid conclusions, and reaching out is the only way to know. There's no commitment in asking.
Do you work outside Germany and Austria?
We work across Europe, and increasingly beyond as we expand. Delivery is in German, English, Spanish, or Bulgarian depending on what the team needs. Geography is rarely the constraint.
We've already been through a Big Four engagement. Is it worth a conversation?
That's exactly the background most people bring. A thorough report that changed nothing is often what makes someone look for something different. The first conversation will make clear quickly whether what we do would add anything.
Will HR be involved?
The decision-maker needs to be in the first conversation. That's the only hard requirement on our end. Beyond that, how HR is involved varies by engagement.
